FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to catalysts. Described is a catalyst for the hydrotreating of catalytic cracking feedstock, which includes compounds of nickel, molybdenum, phosphorus and an excipient, which contains, wt%: [Ni(Н2О)2]2[Mo4O11(С6Н5О7)2] – 1.7-6.6, Ni2[H2P2Mo5O23] – 22.6-30.1 и H4[Mo4(C6H5O7)2O11] – 3.1-6.6; the excipient is the rest. The excipient contains, wt%: SiO2 - 0.1-20.0 and B2O3 - 0-10; sodium - no more than 0.03, γ- and χ-Al2O3 - the rest, and the ratio of low-temperature forms of aluminum oxide χ-Al2O3 и γ-Al2O3 in the excipient in wt% is (0-40):(100-60), while the excipient, according to 29Si NMR, contains silicon compounds, which are fragments of Si(OSi)(OAl)2(O–) and Si(OSi)(O–)3 on the excipient surface, characteristic of aluminosilicates and silicate anions, and the concentration of Lewis acid sites of the support all types is 100-1000 mcmol/g; after sulfidation the catalyst contains, wt%: Mo - 11.7-16.5; Ni - 3.0-4.4; S - 9.4-13.4; P - 1.5-1.9; the resulting catalyst has a specific surface area of 120-150 m2/g, a pore volume of 0.25-0.50 cm3/g, an average pore diameter of 8-13 nm and is a particle with a cross-section in the form of a circle, trefoil or quatrefoil with a circumscribed circle diameter of 1.0-1.6 mm and up to 20 mm long.
EFFECT: increased catalyst activity.
