SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to osteology, and is intended for use in reconstructive surgery, traumatology and orthopedics. Produce adipose tissue by liposuction from the anterior abdominal wall of the abdomen. From the withdrawn adipose tissue, the cells of the stromal-vascular fraction (SVF) are isolated. Then fermentation of adipose tissue performed with addition of collagenase. Simultaneously with the isolation of cells create a defect of the alveolar process of the jaw. SVF cells together with osteoconductive bone-collagen plates are transplanted into the defect zone of the alveolar process in the horizontal and vertical positions, forming a framework. For what the vertical racks are immersed not less than on 1/3 in a parent bone, and horizontal plates, in turn, contact their walls with the walls of the bone defect, the SVF is placed layer by layer between the plates along the vertical pillars, along the bottom and the walls of the bone defect, further, it is closed with a barrier bone-collagen membrane and the wound is sutured.

EFFECT: method allows to provide the build-up of bone tissue of the required shape and size, and also to shorten the time interval for the complete restoration of bone tissue growth.
