SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for activating the regenerative potential of cells in the stromal vascular fraction of adipose tissue (SVF). The method involves taking AT by liposuction from a living organism and isolating SVF. The isolated cellular SVF is diluted in Hartmann's solution at the rate of 2 million cells per 50 μl of the solution and transferred into the wells of a sterile 96-well plate placed in a laminar flow cabinet for the duration of irradiation. SVF AT cells are irradiated with a 635 nm wavelength laser using the Lasmik-Vlok apparatus with a KL-VLOK-635 laser emitting head with an output power of 2 mW, which is installed above the wells of the plate with incubated cells in a laminar flow cabinet. The radiation frequency of 10,000 Hz, the exposure time of 110 seconds or 220 seconds at an energy density (PE) of 0.7 or 1.4 J/cm², respectively are used. At the end of irradiation, SVF is transferred into sterile test tubes and diluted in Hartmann's solution at the rate of 20 million cells per 1 ml of solution. The volume of cells required for introduction into a living organism is transferred into a sterile syringe for subsequent use.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to trigger the activation of the proliferative response of fibroblast-like cells depending on the spectrum and intensity of radiation.
