FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to devices providing for technological assembly of electric machines, which make it possible to install rotor with permanent magnets and with installed bearings into stator magnetic conductor. In the rotor mounting method, according to which the stator of the electrical machine is placed vertically on the supports, the supports and arms are made single, shaft end and pressed electrical machine bearings are placed in second pipe from non-magnetic material, which is fixed to first pipe from non-magnetic material, wherein the rotor is installed by the handle rotation by lowering the first and the second pipes from non-magnetic material with the rotor and bearings into the electric machine stator. Device is designed for vertical installation of stator and rotor, at that supports are made with arms identical. Shaft end and pressed bearings are placed in the second pipe from non-magnetic material, which is connected to the first pipe from nonmagnetic material by means of detachable connection, the handle of which is located between supports under the electric machine.
EFFECT: simplified process of rotor installation due to vertical arrangement of electric machine and use of nonmagnetic materials for screening of permanent magnets and reduction of their magnetic force.
