Essence of invention consists in the fact that separation of data into distributor-block-connection-view (DBCV) allows separation and flexible distribution of data and control them for independent acquisition, storage, processing and presentation of data to user. Invention provides universality in solving tasks of processing and presentation of data of various complexity. Application of proposed method simplifies and reduces time of development of web-applications both for existing mobile and desktop devices, and subsequently for newly developed devices.

EFFECT: high efficiency of the information processing system owing to variable functionality of processing messages and data and presentation thereof to a user of data.
