FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: method involves preparation of raw material from sea cucumber. After preparation, the raw material is milled, mixed with the components, molded, dried and portioned. Components are taken in following amounts: ground raw material – 80.5–84.0 kg, starch – 7.0–8.0 kg, flax seeds – 4.0–6.0 kg, ascorbic acid – 0.5 kg, ground red pepper – 1.0 kg, sugar – 0.3–4.0 kg, ginger – 0.2–4.0 kg.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to obtain a food product from sea cucumber with minimum losses of valuable substances.
