DIAGNOSTIC TECHNIQUE FOR ACHIEVING THE STAGE OF STABLE SUBMAXIMAL HYPEREMIA OF THE MYOCARDIUM WHEN CARRYING OUT A LOADING TEST WITH INTRAVENOUS INFUSION ADENOSINE TRIPHOSPHATE Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC A61B5/00

Abstract RU 2688441 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to cardiology, and can be used for diagnosing the stage of stable submaximal hyperemia of the myocardium when carrying out a loading test with intravenous infusion adenosine triphosphate (ATP). That is followed by intravenous intracutaneous step-like administration of ATP. Introduction of ATP is started with dose of 140 mcg/kg/min and is continued with BP control every minute of drug administration. If the systolic blood pressure is decreased by 5 mm Hg after 2 minutes and more from the initial level, the stage of submaximal hyperemia of the myocardium is stated. Preparation is continued in the same dosage for one more minute, and then the indices required for ischemia detection are recorded. If there is no systolic blood pressure drop 2 minutes after the start of ATP introduction, the dose is first increased to level of 175, and then to 210 mcg/kg/min. If systolic blood pressure decreases by 5 mm Hg and more ascertaining the stage of stable submaximal hyperemia of the myocardium and not earlier than 3 min from the beginning of the infusion of the preparation, the indices required for ischemia detection are recorded.

EFFECT: method enables accurate and simple diagnosis of achieving the stage of stable submaximal hyperemia of the myocardium when carrying out a loading test with intravenous infusion introduction of ATP due to step-like administration of ATP and a blood pressure evaluation technique.
