SUBSTANCE: disclosed is an apparatus for complex wasteless gas treatment, which includes a recovery heat exchanger, a gas-expansion machine, a kinematic or electrical link connected to the compressor, a refluxer with a reflux feed line and a reflux gas feed line equipped with a reducing device, separator is equipped with lines to discharge prepared natural gas and condensate, as well as methane-containing gas supply line from fractionation unit. Separator is demethanizer, connected to refluxer by reflux feed line with reduction device, connected to inlet separator located on gas supply line, a condensate supply line with a reducing device, as well as with a cooling unit equipped with a compressor and a heat exchanger, and installed on the bypass line of the recuperative heat exchanger, circulating reflux inlet/outlet line, wherein the dephlegmatic gas outlet line is connected to the prepared natural gas feed line from the demethanizer.
EFFECT: high output of C2+ hydrocarbons by reducing the temperature of the inlet separation gas by arranging the cooling assembly, and also by reducing the carryover of C2+ hydrocarbons during fractionation by installing a demethanizer in place of the separator.
