SUBSTANCE: system for the submarine to communicate with the control station comprises a submarine equipped with a radio beacon storage and outlet device and a towed boat reel with a wire or fibre optic link, and beacon submarine, having buoyancy and counterweight, current source and radio communication facilities, control device, which controls operation of radio beacon in accordance with commands coming from the submarine board, a buoyancy change device, a coil with a wire or a fibre-optic communication line, a receiver and an optical information converter into radio signals, a geographic positioning system receiver, a video camera and a self-liquidation device.
EFFECT: enabling the submarine to communicate with the control station without disclosing to the enemy its true position.
