FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing nanocomposite microporous plastics with reinforced pores without using solvents, gas and microspheres. Method includes two main stages, where at first step, nanocomposite binder is obtained based on cyanate ester oligomer from mixture containing cyanate ester monomer, carbon nanotubes and a dispersant with subsequent grinding of the binder with a cryomill, a grinder or a ball mill to produce a powder, at a second step, thermosetting the powder in a mold at temperature of 120–180 °C for 3–8 hours.
EFFECT: providing embrittleable microporous plastics based on cyanate ether and high content of carbon nanotubes with required dielectric permeability and improved physical and mechanical properties.
