SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, in particular to devices intended for supply and suction of fluid medium into surgical wound during surgical operation. Medical instrument for suction and delivery of liquid media consists of a body with a cover equipped with a spring-retainer for a replaceable nozzle and a sealing resilient ring having suction and discharge channels. Suction and delivery control handle is attached to the housing by means of a return spring of the belt type, equipped with a mushroom-type stop, having constant sliding contact with the cylindrical plug lever, in which conical opening is made and which is equipped with sealing ring, with possibility of its rotation for suction channel locking. Control handle has a drop-shaped opening and an air channel connected by the first silicon tube to the suction channel. In the housing delivery channel, there is a second silicone tube, a lock spring fixed in the housing, and a lock spring pusher extending vertically through the opening in the housing, wherein one end of the pusher has a constant sliding contact with the lock spring, and the other end of the pusher has a sliding contact with the control handle.
