SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for fixing bone flaps of the skull, used for cranial injuries and trepanations. A device for fixing bone flaps of the skull in one plane contains the first part of the clamp, configured to be installed on one side of the plane of fixation of bone flaps, equipped with at least two guides, and the second part of the clamp, configured to be installed on the other side of the plane of fixation bone flaps, equipped with holes for passing the above-mentioned guides, a tubular body, the distal end of which is equipped with lateral projections for hooking at least one finger of the hand selected from the group consisting of the second, third, fourth and fifth fingers, a pusher, the distal end of which is equipped with a platform for pressing with the first finger of the hand, the middle part of which is configured for translational movement in the body, and the proximal end is configured to rest on the said second part of the clamp. The housing has longitudinal holes or grooves for passage of guides between the housing and the pusher, in which the distal ends of the guides are configured to block movement of the housing in the distal direction after insertion of the proximal end of the pusher into the distal end of the housing, and the guides are provided with rows of projections and depressions. The holes in the second part of the clamp are made with spring-loaded teeth, which provide the possibility of translational movement of the second part of the clamp in the proximal direction.

EFFECT: invention is characterized by a simple design and quick installation in one movement with one hand, not counting assembly/disassembly.
