FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: method includes: forming a block from the middle layer of sequentially stacked bars, the side faces of each of which have the outer shell of reinforced material; stacking the block into the rig onto the lower carrier layer based on a mat formed from successively stacked layers of the resin-conducting mesh, sacrificial fabric and at least one layer of reinforcing material; the subsequent laying of the upper carrier layer based on a mat from successively stacked layers of reinforcing material, sacrificial fabric and resin-conducting mesh on the block; forming a vacuum bag; supplying vacuum and a polymer binder into the rig. Bars with a rectangular cross section, on the side of the mutually facing faces of which between their outer shells a resin-conducting dry porous mat is disposed, are used for forming the block. The bars while forming the block are interconnected by rigid rods, parallel arranged and transversely oriented to their longitudinal axis, for contracting the bars in which openings for the rods are made coaxially.
EFFECT: efficiency of the production process for multilayer articles made of composite material by the vacuum infusion method and increasing the strength of the finished articles.
