FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: method comprises forming a middle layer block of consecutively stacked long bars, each of which side faces have an outer shell of reinforced material; laying the block in a setup on a lower bearing layer based on a mat formed from consecutively stacked layers of a resin mesh, release fabric and at least one layer of reinforcing material; consecutive laying on the block of the upper bearing layer based on the mat; forming a vacuum bag; feeding a vacuum and polymer binder. The middle layer in the matrix setup is formed with a cross-section profile that consists of L-shaped blocks positioned oppositely to longitudinal-vertical plane of symmetry and placed between horizontal-oriented block sections in the direction of said plane of symmetry of wedge-like stop block to fix the L-shaped blocks therebetween and pressing thereof to the lower bearing layer of the mat placed in the matrix setup.

EFFECT: invention enables production of a large bridge bay of high strength and stiffness while optimising material intensity costs.
