FIELD: metrology.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the metrology, in particular, to the fluids controlling means. Device contains the reference frequency generator, the sinusoidal voltages generator, two amplifiers, band-pass filters, analog signals switching device, analogue-to-digital converter, microcontroller, visualization device, control device, containing the fluid outlet acoustic pump, structurally and acoustically connected to containing gas inputs waveguides. In their composition the waveguides contain located in their ends acoustic oscillations receivers. Waveguides contain the pumped fluid temperature measuring devices. Method is based on the input signals samples cross-correlation function calculation, on which basis the acoustic oscillations difference in the propagation and attenuation speed in the analytical channel and the reference channel is judged, which allows to localize the leak in the test object.
EFFECT: technical results are enabling the minimum response time, reducing the interference influence in the process of conducting leakage testing.
