SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to dentistry, and is intended for use in treating skeletal forms of mesial ratio of dentures without using reconstructive maxillofacial operations on upper and/or lower jaw displacement. Expansion of the upper dental arch and the entire upper jaw is performed along a mid-palatine suture by applying a compact osteotomy and an enlarging apparatus with a bone fixation. To reduce the length of the denture of the lower jaw, lower third molars are removed and the lower tooth row is moved in the distal direction using microimplants placed in the side portions of the alveolar portion of the lower jaw and using a bracket system.

EFFECT: method enables creating the right occlusal contacts of upper and lower jaw teeth without using traumatic reconstructive surgeries.
