FIELD: mechanical engineering; liquid filling-in and draining facilities.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for filling liquid oil products, liquefied gases and other liquids in mobile reservoirs, for instance, tank trucks. Proposed device for filling-in and emptying tank has liquid product feed pipeline and gas balancing pipeline for connection with feed/drain pipeline of liquid product and gas, respectively, and branch pipes for connection with mobile tank. Liquid product feed pipeline and gas balancing pipeline are made in form of hinge-connected members. Both pipelines have, and one hinge joint with vertical axis whose axes are displaced relative to each other in two relatively perpendicular planes through value exceeding half of sum of corresponding cross overall dimensions of hinge joints with vertical axis of pipelines to feed liquid product and gas balancing pipeline.

EFFECT: improved reliability of device at provision of filling products into mobile tanks furnished with shutoff valves with different orientation and place of location of connecting flanges.
