SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of homogenised tobacco material. Method of producing a homogenised tobacco material, comprising steps of suspending binder in an aerosol former to obtain a suspension, wherein content of water in suspension of binder in aerosol former is less than 1 % of total type of suspension; preparing a cellulose fibrous mass from cellulose fibers and water; providing a tobacco powder mixture and combining a binder suspension in an aerosol former, a cellulose fibrous mass and a tobacco powder mixture to produce pulp.

EFFECT: creation of a new method for preparation of a homogenised tobacco material for use in "heated without combustion" of aerosol forming articles, which would be adapted to special heating characteristics and requirements for aerosol formation in such heated aerosol forming articles and having tensile strength, providing resistance to forces acting on said homogenised material.
