SUBSTANCE: method of making a textile garment with at least one protective area against abrasions covered with tread elements provides the following stages: 1) preparation of textile bearing layer (1), by means of which sleeve (1) is pre-stretched and stretched without creases in specified areas of protection against abrasions; 2) preparation of paste-like curable coating material (5); 3) application of multiple portions of coating material (5) onto surface of bearing layer for formation of tread elements. For this purpose, metal forming plate (10, 20) is used, which has multiple concave forming cavities (11, 21) for formation of tread elements (101). 4) Curing material (5) is solidified to form a plurality of solid tread elements on the bearing layer.

EFFECT: if a motorcyclist, a bicyclist, or a roller skater crashes, then the risk of injury initially turns out to be less than the direct impact on the road surface.
