FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to a method for treating an anal fissure. A method of treating acute and chronic anal fissures involving producing plasma and introducing it into a fracture, wherein botox is introduced in a crack base in dose of 10–30 units, followed by venous blood sampling into a tube containing sodium citrate in amount of 18 ml, centrifuging at 3,600 rpm for 16 minutes, removing the upper layer from the produced plasma in amount of 2.0 ml and utilizing it, thereafter, the remaining plasma layer is transferred into a sterile test tube, a calcium chloride solution is added to the plasma in amount of 1.0 ml of 10 % calcium chloride per 10 ml of autoplasma and introduced into the base of the fracture.
EFFECT: above described method of treating acute and chronic anal fissures enables reducing length of treatment and postoperative rehabilitation of patients.
