SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the pharmaceutical industry, is an aqueous composition of coagulation factor VIII. Aqueous composition of the coagulation factor VIII contains coagulation factor VIII (FVIII), a sodium salt, histidine, a calcium salt, a surfactant in the required amounts, and wherein the osmolality of composition is 600 mosmole/l or less. Invention also includes a coagulation factor VIII composition obtained by lyophilising an aqueous composition, and a method of stabilizing FVIII, involving mixing components.
EFFECT: disclosed compositions have stable activity and no turbidity.
