FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electroplating. Method involves production of zinc-nanodiamond electrochemical coating from zincate electrolyte containing detonation nanodiamonds, wherein detonation nanodiamonds are represented by boron doped nanodiamonds with particle size of 4–6 nm. Coating is deposited from zincate electrolyte containing, g/l: zinc oxide 10–14, sodium hydroxide 100–130, Chemeta Al-DM additive 8–12 ml/l and detonation nanodiamonds doped with boron, 0.5–10.0, with current density of 1–5 A/dm2 and stirring.
EFFECT: technical result is high anticorrosive properties of coatings with low consumption of nanodiomond particles insoluble in electrolyte using simple technology.
