SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to mining and can be used for control of well fluid. Compression relief valve comprises: a valve disc comprising a pressure relief valve comprising an inlet port of the pressure release valve on the suction side of the valve disc and an outlet port of the pressure release valve on the pressure side of the valve disc, wherein the pressure relief valve is configured to be actuated to force the fluid from the pressure release valve inlet into the pressure release valve outlet when the pressure on the suction side of the valve disc exceeds the pressure on the pressure side of the valve disc by the valve opening pressure; and a check valve comprising an inlet port of the check valve on the pressure side of the valve disc and an outlet port of the check valve on the suction side of the valve disc, wherein the check valve is configured to be actuated to pass the fluid from the inlet of the check valve into the outlet port of the check valve, when the pressure on the second side of the valve disc exceeds the pressure on the first side of the valve disc; wherein bypass valve additionally comprises piston, suction tank between piston and suction side of valve disc, balancing piston and pressure tank between injection side of valve disc and balancing piston. Also disclosed is a control method of a pressure relief valve.

EFFECT: technical result is higher efficiency of bypass valve.
