FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of bending profiles for making separation frames of double- or three-layer insulating glazing, in which profiles are made of material to be heated, which comprises a heating stage carried out by directly heating a profile rigidly fixed in a clamp in a bending position, to a pliable condition by hot air nozzles, without movement of the profile in a pliable condition, with simultaneous heating of upper and lower parts of said profile, at the end of heating upper and lower nozzles of hot air are deactivated, upper nozzles belonging to upper heating system installed with possibility of movement are removed, while self-centring bending punch is automatically supplied to bending position to fixed in clamp profile, wherein during feeding, the bending punch is first shifted to an intermediate position between its initial position and the operating position so as to be engaged between the front and rear jaws of the clamp, ensure bending of profile in heated zone at exact bend angle of 90°, so that the internal part of the profile is accurately located at angle of 90°, after which stage of cooling profile, bent to accurate angle 90°, by simultaneous activation of the upper cooling system built into the self-centring punch located in the position of interaction with the profile fixed in the clamp in the bending position, and the lower profile cooling system. Invention also relates to a profile bending device for making separation frames of an insulating two- or three-layer glazing, characterized in that the automatic profile heating / bending / cooling system is built into the device and comprises hot air supply heating means, hot air supply system and heating system, including installed with possibility of extension of upper heating system and stationary lower heating system with controlled activation / deactivation, wherein upper heating system is installed with possibility of movement and can be installed in heating position of upper part of profile, allowing hot air to affect precisely determined section of upper part of profile, in the area to be bent directly in the bending point, and the lower heating system is fixedly installed with the possibility of supplying hot air to the lower part of the profile simultaneously with the supply of hot air by the upper system, due to which heated part of profile acquires flexibility, and in some of its points reaches semi-liquid state and when interacting with bending means allows to reach inner angle with rectilinear sides without any defects and surface quality similar to clean cut; device further includes an upper bending assembly adapted for bending all types of material, with width of 8–24 mm, which enables to change thickness or type of material, without replacing parts of said device, as well as the device includes a movable grip with a retainer for securing the profiles in the bending position, a movable self-centring bending punch with an integrated upper cooling system, a system for lifting / bending profiles, as well as a lower profile cooling system, installed rigidly, wherein upper and lower cooling systems are made with possibility of simultaneous activation and cooling by air jets of profile fixed by means of movable grip with retainer in bending position immediately after bending of profile at angle of 90°.
EFFECT: developed is a new method of bending profiles for production of separating frames of insulating two- or three-layer glazing and device based on it, which allow reducing time of profile manufacturing and improving quality of bending.
