FIELD: metal forming.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming, particularly, to pipe bending, and can be used for production of pipes of multilayer space. Prior to bending with twisting, bending zone is heated to temperature of hot deformation of pipe material, and during bending and twisting of heated bending zone counter pressure is applied to it, equal to 10–30 % of pipe supply pressure during its bending. Machine is equipped with inductor to heat tube bending zone to plastic deformation temperature and carrier mounted on carriage with possibility of transverse movement on bed. On the carrier there is a grip designed to fix the pipe end, installed on the carrier guides with the possibility of movement along them and fixation in the specified position, and carrier by means of axis with possibility of rotation is mounted on carriage installed on frame with possibility of transverse movement along it.

EFFECT: expanded technological capabilities and improved quality of bending due to elimination of corrugations and reduced ovalization.
