SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device for creation of steam, which contains atomizer for liquid evaporation; air duct extending therefrom to exit said device to generate steam through the mouthpiece; at least one air intake, connected by channel to said air duct; and at least one resilient seal limiting the air passage from the air intake to the air duct, bypassing the channel, wherein the seal comprises an elastic material, and the size of the channel is at least partially limited by said resilient material, by setting resistance to tightening for the device.
EFFECT: technical result is providing aerosol delivery.
