FIELD: navigation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to navigation, and specifically to measurement of sea waves parameters using electronic non-contact meters. Device comprises a wave velocity measuring sensor, a wave height sensor, a wave height measuring unit, an infrared element, an encoding device, a decoder, a control panel, a microcontroller, a frequency generator, an indicator and a data transmission unit. Wave velocity measuring sensor, infrared sensor, coding device, decoder, control panel, microcontroller and indicator are connected in series, ultrasonic sensor is connected through a unit for measuring height of a wave with an infrared element, a frequency generator and a unit for receiving and transmitting data are connected to a microcontroller. Wave height sensor is an ultrasonic transducer of wave-height level reception and transmission, the output of which is connected to the input of the wave height measuring unit. Outputs of units 1 and 3 are connected to inputs of unit 4, which is an infrared radiator, outputs of units 1 and 4 are connected to inputs of unit of coding device 5, which output is connected to input of decoder 6, output of decoder 6 is connected to input of control panel 7, output of which is connected to input of microcontroller 8, output of frequency generator 9 is connected to other input of microcontroller. Output of microcontroller 8 is connected to input of indicator 10 and to input of data transmission unit 11 via GSM / GPRS system for distance.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of measurement accuracy, providing constant monitoring of wave parameters, storage and transmission of information on speed, height and wavelength at distance.
