FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for application of liquid substances on article surface by extrusion molding, i.e. by watering from draw plate that is in contact with articles or located near them. Device for producing ion-conducting membranes by irrigation method includes a draw plate, a frame on which there is a substrate mounting device, a draw plate holder, drying unit, tension and drive shafts, as well as engine and control system; at that, drying unit consists of plate, cover, heating element and thermal sensor between cover and plate, draw plate is made of fluoroplastic, and plate is made of mica.
EFFECT: possibility of making a film with thickness of 10 mcm to 300 mcm by using a spinneret with different gap values above the substrate, controlling the rate of substrate drawing, viscosity of the solution applied from the spinneret, as well as the presence of a drying unit and a system for automated control of the process of producing the film.
