FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to production of membranes. Composite proton-conducting membrane is suggested, which comprises porous siliceous structure made of macroporous silicon, moreover, on silicon surface and pore walls there is a coating applied, made of dielectric, at the same time pores are filled with electrolyte on the basis of proton-conducting polymer material, selected from group of electrolytes on the basis of polyvinyl alcohol, etherified with phenolsulfonic acids, with ratio of polyvinyl alcohol to phenolsulfonic acids in electrolyte from 2:1 to 10:1. Membrane is produced from silicon with low conductivity, in which anode etching is used to arrange pores with diametre from 0.5 mcm to 150 mcm, silicon surface is coated, including pore walls, with layer of dielectric, and pores are filled with polymer material, selected from group of electrolytes on the basis of polyvinyl alcohol, etherified with phenolsulfonic acids.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at expansion of application field of devices on the basis of suggested membranes, due to provision of their serviceability with high proton conductivity at room temperature and humidity.
