FIELD: fire safety.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fire safety systems, namely to a power independent fire detection device. Device comprises a temperature sensitive element (1), a source of non-electrical energy (2), a converter of non-electrical energy into electrical energy (3), an electronic module for transmitting signal (4) to a monitoring center for determination of an ignition location. Temperature sensitive element (1) consists of material, in which when ambient temperature exceeds threshold value, self-propagating exothermal reaction occurs. Source of non-electrical energy (2) consists of heat-releasing material. Converter of non-electric energy into electric energy (3) represents a thermoelectric generator.

EFFECT: high autonomy and reliability of the device, which enables to use it without additional monitoring and maintenance.
