FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to cardiovascular surgery. A greater saphenous vein is attached to the ascending aorta with the help of a cardioplegic cannula through a system of adapters after its sampling. Blood is injected from the aorta by removing the clamp from the cardioplegic cannula. Residual blood clots are washed out by free flow of arterial blood from the aorta, then a soft vascular clamp is applied on the free end of the conduit. Dilatation is started by arterial pressure from the aorta with control of vessel tightness. Further, the conduit is left in a dilated position with an open cardioplegic cannula until its use. Thus, the conduit remains straightened and filled with arterial blood from the aorta until use.

EFFECT: method enables eliminating the traumatic effect of uncontrolled hydrodynamic pressure on the wall of the future venous shunt, the negative effect of high hydrostatic pressure on the morphofunctional state of the vein and providing optimal conditioning conditions up to the formation of the coronary artery bypass graft.
