FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: active buffer for motor vehicle has molded from plastic outer finish panel with closed welding section. Element made from plastic in form of expandable chamber has central attachment section, welded flange along peripheral edge and folded area between central attachment section and welded flange. Welding section and welded flange are connected by means of hot welding. Filling device introduces filling gas into space between trim panel and element in form of chamber for expansion of element in form of chamber in response to emergency situation. Chamber element includes the first locking rib protruding towards the trim panel between the welding flange and the folded area. Finishing panel includes second locking rib protruding towards element in form of chamber.
EFFECT: locking ribs are mechanically interconnected with possibility of separation resistance of element in form of chamber and trim panel during expansion and protection of hot welding seam from filling gas.
