FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to experimental surgery. Laparotomy is performed. Acetic acid is exposed to the stomach wall. Upper median mini-laparotomy is performed. Intraorganic intraluminal injection device is inserted through an animal's mouth into a lumen of a target organ. Injector stroke limiter is set to 0.5 mm that corresponds to injection depth, 70 % acetic acid solution is injected into target organs wall from mucosa side. Integrity of the serous membrane of the target organs from the mini-laparotomic wound is monitored.
EFFECT: method enables reliably and less traumatic modelling of stomach and duodenal ulcer in small laboratory animals.
