SUBSTANCE: device (100) for liquid foam preparation, comprising: container (10), into which fluid medium can be introduced; foaming tool (20) made with possibility of rotation in inner space of container (10), capable of mixing and foaming fluid medium; at least one outlet channel (23) allowing to dispense the prepared fluid from container (10); base capable of retaining container (10) and comprising drive unit (30) providing rotation of foaming tool (20); at least one outlet channel (23), which is actuated for the purpose of opening or partial or complete closure depending on one or more parameters determining foaming of fluid medium inside container (10), wherein said parameters are as follows: preparation time, fluid medium temperature, torque generated by foaming tool in fluid medium, foaming tool rotation frequency or foaming tool rotation direction.

EFFECT: disclosed is a foaming device with a controlled outlet channel.
