FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology, namely to the production of a fodder product for animals with increased content of protein, enriched with enzymes, biologically active substances, and obtained by germination of Pleurotus ostreatus oyster mushroom on sunflower meal. Germination of mycelium of oyster mushroom on sunflower meal includes stages of moistening, sterilization, and cooling of substrate, obtainment of seed mycelium. Seed mycelium is introduced into substrate. Germination of mycelium is carried out to a stage of whitening and complete fouling of meal with mycelium hyphae to obtain a wet fodder product – mycomeal.
EFFECT: use of the invention will allow for reduction in a cycle of production of a fodder product with high nutritional value and digestibility.
