SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to novel indole, indazole, benzimidazole, indoline, quinoline, isoquinoline and carbazole compounds of general formula I – selective androgen receptor destructors (SARD), pharmaceutical compositions.

EFFECT: invention can be used in treating prostate cancer, progressive prostate cancer, castration-resistant prostate cancer, androgenic alopecia or other hyperandrogenic skin diseases, Kennedy's disease, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) and hysteromyoma, as well as methods for reducing levels of androgen receptors of full length (AR-FL), containing pathogenic and / or resistant mutations, versions of AR-splicing (AR-SV) and pathogenic poly-polyutamine (polyQ) AR polymorphisms in a subject.
