FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to engine building, and can be used in production of regular macrorelief of sleeve bearing insert. Method for electrochemical-mechanical running-in of crank shaft nuts involves running-in in hydrodynamic lubrication mode, when crankshaft is laid from pre-lubricated electrolytic inserts of main bearings and journal of crankshaft with previously applied regular periodic profile on them and used as a shaped tool for transfer of said profile on surface of main bearings by electrochemical-mechanical running-in method. When installing the crankshaft on extreme and alternating through one main supports and corresponding to the crankshaft main journals of the crankshaft, the bushings are installed on the sliding fit, and worn-out liners are installed in remaining root supports, electrolyte is supplied to central oil line, rotation of crankshaft and current supply is switched on and running surfaces of main bearings are run-in with run-in quality control, wherein electrochemically-mechanical run-in ensures preset radial clearance between run-in inserts and crankshaft neck.
EFFECT: increased accuracy and productivity of running-in of contact surfaces, plain bearing – journal of multi-bearing shaft.
