FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: three-dimensional sheet (10) includes: first fibrous layer (11), including first surface (111) and second surface (112); and second fibrous layer (12), including first surface (121) and second surface (122). Two fibrous layers are layered so that second surface (112) of first fibrous layer faces first surface (121) of second fibrous layer. In three-dimensional sheet (10), the first fibrous layer (11) protrudes in the direction of separation from the second fibrous layer (12), and as a result a plurality of hollow bosses (20) is formed. Each of first fibrous layer (11) and second fibrous layer (12) is made from nonwoven fabric. First fibrous layer (11) includes fibers of multiple types. Fibers of multiple types include, at least, fibers of two types, including the first fiber and the second fiber. Each of the first fiber and the second fiber includes a refractory component and a low-melting component, and they have different ratios of diameters between the refractory component and the low-melting component.
EFFECT: three-dimensional sheet manufacturing technology.
