SUBSTANCE: invention relates to user authentication. Method of electronic user binding to mobile device, in which user is authenticated on mobile device, and initial sensor data are collected, based on a timer or other trigger event, additional sensor data are captured and estimated, based on the evaluation of sensor data, a value is determined which is the probability of whether the device remains in the possession of the user. When determining that this value is less than the threshold value, the user is required to pass repeated authentication on the mobile device using the primary identifier for further interaction with the device or specific functions and services of the device.
EFFECT: high efficiency of authenticating a user.
