FIELD: construction materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of finishing materials and relates to the manufacture of flexible cladding products covered with natural stone chips, intended for decorative finishing of any surfaces of buildings, structures, structures and premises inside and outside. Method for the production of flexible cladding products covered with natural stone powder, according to which create a pattern of natural stone chips on the form. Prepare the batch for the adhesive base of 4 m2 products in weighted proportions by filling in a plastic container of 8–12 kg fractions of 0.2–0.5 mm marble chips, add 0.8–1.3 kg of acrylic dispersion of CHP 557, 0.1–0.3 kg of anionic acrylic thickener CHP 713 and 1.5–3 kg of water. Whole composition is mixed with a construction mixer until a uniform consistency. On the desktop of the machine with a lowered iron frame stack non-woven fabric is laid – the substrate, where the glue base is laid and evenly spread on the substrate with spatula. Then turn on the conveyor equipment and pull the substrate with the glue base under the iron frame to the desired length, which is exposed with a gap from the desktop to set the required thickness of the canvas. Remove the substrate with the glue base from the conveyor equipment using wooden slats, aluminum corner and fasteners – hooks to transfer it to the form with a ready-made pattern. Lead the form in a horizontal position. Evenly lay the substrate on the form and rolled on top with a roller measuring 20–25 cm for about 4 minutes. During rolling, the stone powder forming the pattern is connected to the glue base and forms the front part of the product. Carry out the vertical drying of the product in the room according to the technology of periodic injection of warm air to 60–70 °C. 8 to 24 hours by periodically turning on exhaust ventilation to reduce air humidity. Product is grounded after vertical drying with a composition containing an acrylic dispersion of CHP 517 with water in a ratio of 1:3–5. Dry the vertically primed product for 2–4 hours. Cut the finished product to size, due to the type and size of the facing surface.
EFFECT: technical result is to increase the elasticity, wear resistance, flexibility, lightness, cold resistance, heat resistance of the product.
