SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the manufacture of facing materials with a surface of stone crumbs, identical to the surface created by nature, in particular in the form of wallpaper for interior decoration of premises, as well as for exterior decoration of facades of buildings and architectural elements. Method includes installing a mold provided with a covering form at an angle of up to 90° to a horizontal surface, layered filling of the shape with a stone crumb to obtain a front pattern of a given configuration, transferring the form to a horizontal position, placing a flexible substrate on a layer of stone crumb after removing the formwork from the front surface of the mold. Stone crumb layer is fixed to the substrate using the adhesive backing by applying pressure and separating the obtained sheets of the lining material and then drying them. In this case, the adhesive substrate is applied to the substrate, which is then placed on the stone crumb layer with an adhesive substrate downward, with a mixture of marble chips, acrylic dispersion and a thickener with water used as the glue base. Pressure is applied by rolling with rolls. Drying of the resulting sheets is carried out in an upright position at room temperature.

EFFECT: technical result is to improve the adhesion of the stone coating to the substrate and to facilitate the application of the adhesive backing, as well as to increase the service life of the lining material.
