FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming and can be used for fabrication of forgings of gas-turbine engine fittings. Initial cylindrical billet is made to produce workpiece in form of rod with two different-sized branches. In the lower part the processes have the shape of a semi-cylinder. Semi-finished product is obtained from obtained semi-product. Spherical head is simultaneously formed on the butt end of the rod and the shape of two different-sized processes is changed to cylindrical. Then, the semi-finished product is stamped in die molding, having a pusher with its spherical head and outer surface of different-sized branches. In the process of final forging in the middle part of the workpiece in the plane perpendicular to the billet axis simultaneously forming two equal-size branches of the rectangular profile located at angle of 150° to each other, and cavity on end face of semi-finished product.
EFFECT: higher quality of produced forgings.
