FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fodder production, in particular, to a method for production of dry protein-carbohydrate fodder additive for farm animals. Method is characterized by that wheat grains are treated with infrared radiation with the help of KGT220-1000 lamp during 60–70 s at energy flow density of 23 kW/m, after which it is mixed in rotary-pulsation apparatus with milk whey in ratio 1:2.5 by weight and enzymes of amylosubtiline and glucahamorine. Obtained mixture is passed through working members of rotary pulsation apparatus at temperature of 62–65 °C to obtain molasses. Then molasses is mixed with wheat bran at ratio of 2:1 and supplied to an infrared drier operating in pulsed mode at flow density of 15–17 kW/m² to achieve moisture content of 8–10 % in the finished product.

EFFECT: invention usage allows to recycle milk whey and expand the range of bran application.
