FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the processing of grain raw materials into molasses forage purposes. Summary of the invention is processing of feedstock, for example wheat grain, formed on a pallet by a layer of one grain, leads by infrared (IR) radiation generated, for example, by a KGT 220-1000 lamp, for 60–70 seconds. As a result of the treatment, all the grains are swollen. Then a mixture of grain and water in a ratio of 1:2 is subjected to hydromechanical treatment in the RPA in the presence of amylolytic enzymes at a temperature of 55–65 °C till forming a homogeneous suspension of molasses forage use.
EFFECT: swelling of grains reduces the total time and energy consumption for obtaining molasses from wheat grain up to 2 hours.
