SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a fibre gluing agent composition. Composition contains polyester resin (A), reactive compound (B) and resin (C) different from polyester resin (A). Polyester resin (A) is a polyester resin having an HLB value of 4 to 18 and a viscosity at temperature of 30 °C 10–1,000,000 Pa⋅sec. Reactive compound (B) is a blocked isocyanate. Blocking agent of the blocked isocyanate is an amine. Resin (C) is a resin selected from a group consisting of polyester resins different from polyester resin (A), epoxy resins, polyurethane resins, (meth)acrylic resins, unsaturated polyester resins and polyamide resins. Weight ratio of polyester resin (A) to reactive compound (B) [(A) / (B)] in composition of gluing agent for fibre ranges from 99.9/0.1 to 10/90.

EFFECT: improved gluing of fibre bundles and increased tensile strength of composite material reinforced with fibre.
