METHOD FOR DIAGNOSING PROLIFERATIVE ACTIVITY OF UTERINE LEIOMYOMA CELLS Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC G01N33/577

Abstract RU 2700003 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to gynecology, and can be used as a preoperative diagnostic level of proliferation in uterine leiomyoma in patients of reproductive age. To realize the method, the relative content of CD336+CD335+ lymphocytes in the CD56+ gate is determined in the first phase of the menstrual cycle in endometrial mononuclear cells localized in the projection of the node. If value is 5.4 % or less, a high level of proliferative activity of uterine leiomyoma cells is diagnosed. If the value is more than 5.4 %, low level of proliferative activity of uterine leiomyoma cells.

EFFECT: preoperative diagnostics of proliferative activity of uterine leiomyoma cells in women of reproductive age, allowing to obtain more informative data better reflecting pathogenetic changes in leiomyoma related to proliferation.
