SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to gynecology, and can be used as a prediction of increasing uterine leiomyoma size in females of reproductive age within one year of observation. Method involves determining mononuclear cells of the endometrium located in a projection of the myomatous node, the relative content of CD36+ macrophages in a macrophage gate. If the value is less than 22 %, the uterine leiomyoma size is predicted, and if the value is more than 22 %, a stable uterine leiomyoma size is predicted.

EFFECT: use of the given method enables predicting a risk of increasing uterine leiomyoma size, which enables to maximally preserve the reproductive function of women by optimizing the choice of conservative and surgical methods.
