FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to testing equipment in machine building and can be used in aviation and rocket production in production of high-pressure units of incombustible gas in long-term storage devices. Device for gas cylinder charging and sealing by welding, including the body, is installed on the filling nozzle of the cylinder and is made so that the technological hole for gas cylinder charging is sealed by means of melting of the charging nozzle by welding in the working pressure medium. Device is equipped with an electrode and a rod brought into translational motion by the lever so that the electrode touches the filling nozzle. Manual arc welding is used as welding.

EFFECT: technical result is increased reliability of object during long-term storage in article and reduced production costs due to absence of valves on cylinder.
