SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment, specifically to surgical instruments. Medical device for creating a canal in a biological soft tissue comprises a solid rotational instrument formed by an elongated distal element and a proximal handle. Elongated element has a distal end portion and a proximal end portion, the distal end portion comprising a pyramid-shaped tip for tissue piercing. Proximal end portion comprises an elongated prismatic portion having at least three surfaces and corresponding to a prism edge with at least one of the prism edges between the surfaces in form of a blade cutting the fabric. Proximal handle is connected to and extends from the prismatic section, wherein at the boundary between them the proximal handle has a cross section greater than the cross-section of the prismatic section. In the second embodiment, the medical device for creating a canal in the biological soft tissue is provided with a solid rotational instrument formed by an elongated distal element and a proximal handle. Elongated distal element has a distal end portion comprising a pyramid-shaped tip for tissue piercing, an intermediate portion and a proximal end portion comprising one or more tissue cutting elements. Intermediate segment extends between the distal end portion and the proximal end portion and features a truncated shape having a gradually increasing cross-section along the proximal end portion and an inclination angle relative to the longitudinal axis of the elongated distal member, which is smaller than the inclination angle of the tip for piercing the tissue relative to the longitudinal axis. Proximal end portion has zero inclination relative to the longitudinal axis, wherein the intermediate portion thus provides a smooth penetration inside the tissue with a reduced threshold force to maintain overshooting following the overcoming thereof. Proximal handle is connected to and extends from the proximal end portion, at the interface between them, the proximal handle has a cross-section greater than the cross-section of the proximal end portion.
EFFECT: use of inventions enables to ensure smooth penetration inside the tissue with minimum penetration force applied to the device and, respectively, to the tissue, id est reduced threshold of force, thereby maintaining the excess required for its overcoming.
