FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to dentistry, and is intended for use in treating patients with maxillofacial inflammatory diseases. Photosensitizer is applied on the inflammated biotissue of the mucous membrane with exposure of 3–5 minutes and the bispectral nozzle is exposed to continuous radiation at wave length 405 nm, radiation power 1.5–1.9 Wt and pulse radiation with wave length 650±10 nm, pulse power 20 Wt, pulse repetition frequency 28–30 kHz, radiation dose 130 J/cm2, exposure of 2.5–3 minutes.
EFFECT: by increasing trophism of surrounding tissues and improving blood microcirculation in gingival tissues, method provides higher effectiveness and reduced length of treatment of maxillofacial inflammatory diseases.
